The company\u2019s stock, which closed down 5.5% on May 26 at \u20ac2.77, has still surged 766% year-to-date. <\/p>\n<p>The initial catalyst was its first Bitcoin purchase in November 2023, which alone sent the stock up 225%.<\/p>\n<p>In its 2024 financials released in April, the firm reported a 709% yield from its Bitcoin holdings. However, total annual revenue dropped 32% to \u20ac13.86 million, highlighting that crypto gains\u2014not core business income\u2014have driven the performance. <\/p>\n<p>The new Bitcoin purchase, worth over $64 million, will again dwarf the company\u2019s operating metrics.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fulgur Ventures and Moonlight Capital lead the bond round<\/h2>\n<p>The \u20ac63.3 million bond raise was led by Fulgur Ventures, which contributed \u20ac55.3 million.
