The semi-autonomous farm has been launched in partnership with DualMint, a platform focused on tokenizing everyday businesses, and KanayaAI, an urban agritech company.<\/p>\n

Located in Hong Kong\u2014one of the world\u2019s most densely populated cities, the farm will grow and deliver fresh greens such as lettuce, kale, and spinach directly to local homes on a subscription basis. <\/p>\n

This steady demand will serve as the foundation for yields generated by the farm\u2019s tokenized structure.<\/p>\n

Details about the farm<\/h2>\n

The world\u2019s first tokenized vertical farming complex on peaq is being designed, built, and operated by KanayaAI and tokenized by DualMint, which recently joined peaq\u2019s ecosystem. <\/p>\n

The smart farm, automating around 80% of traditional manual tasks through AI and robotics, is expected to launch in Q4 2025.<\/p>\n

The farm will supply fresh greens to the local community, delivering about 12 crop cycles per year compared to 3\u20134 in conventional farming. <\/p>\n

Its AI-powered robotics and hydroponic systems are projected to cut labor costs by 50%, while its climate control system is expected to produce 20% more crops than a traditional farm of similar size.<\/p>\n

The proprietary design also makes the system highly resource-efficient, using land 10 times more effectively, consuming just one-tenth the water, and requiring no pesticides. <\/p>\n
